Your right to cancel (UK customers)
If you are a UK customer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will then provide further instructions where applicable.
Statutory exclusions from the right to cancel

Because products are shipped directly from suppliers, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account statutory rights, product type, and supplier processes.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Hygiene, consumable, and safety products
For safety and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for opened or used items such as skincare, personal care, baby products, supplements, food, or herbal products, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

- Items may need to be returned directly to the supplier, not to Simply Organic Baby
- Return addresses and instructions will be provided individually
Refund processing

- Identical packaging or presentation

We do take responsibility for fair communication and reasonable resolution of genuine issues.
